Thank you so much for visiting my website! I have so many memories from when I was a little girl of my dad always carrying around his Nikon camera. I specifically remember the black and yellow strap identifying that signature brand. Whether it was under the apple tree in the backyard of the house in which we grew up in or in the pool on a family vacation, he was always so good at documenting our lives.
When my dad was younger, he was a photographer. He shot everything from models to sporting events. I am so blessed and so thankful that his passion was passed down to me.
I am the oldest of five kids, have two fantastic parents, a loving husband, three little ones and a super cute pup. My family is wonderfully chaotic and we are all extremely close. I have always been the one at family gatherings to get everyone together to do that really big family shot which takes a lot of time and patience. I know deep down I make them crazy but I always tell them they will thank me one day!
I love taking pictures. No matter where I am, whether it be the park where my kids are playing at or a family vacation, I always have my camera. People always ask me, "isn't it hard to lug that big thing around?" To be truthful, it never even phases me. I live for capturing those moments that will remain in my life "literally" forever. Nothing excites me more than getting that "perfect shot."
In my day-to-day life, I always tell my kids I wish I could have a camera on them non-stop so I can remember each second of their lives. With my photos, I hope to bring smiles to your faces, maybe a tear to your eye and memories that will be carried on from generation to generation.
I love my family, my friends, Starbucks and my memories.
I cannot think of a better way to live my life than looking through a lens and making those special memories live forever.
